All my rugs are either made to order or available as ready-made pieces, depending on the item you purchase.

 

Made to order:

Each rug is handmade from scratch, so processing times may vary depending on size and design. My typical turnaround time is around 1 to 5 weeks depending on my current workload. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process🩷

 

Ready-made:

Items available in the shop are already made and ready to go and are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Create your own (custom orders):

A minimum of 50% payment is required to begin your order.

Once your design and details have been agreed, you'll be invoiced and work will begin once payment has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid once your rug is complete, before it is shipped.

 

 Customisable preset designs:

All preset designs require full payment at checkout.

Your rug will be made based on the options selected at checkout. I'll keep you updated throught the process from start to dispatch

Some images show real rugs I have created, while others are mock-ups used to help you visualise different fonts, colours and styles, giving you an idea of how your rug may look.

These also showcase designs I have created that can be customised just for you. Each rug is handmade to order, so slight variations in shape, texture and finish may occur - Making every piece truly unique🩷

 

Delivery:

All orders are securely packaged before dispatch.

UK Delivery:

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri. I charge a flat fee of £5.99 on UK orders.

Free UK delivery is available on fully custom rugs above 4 ft.

International Delivery:

I currently ship to the USA and selected European countries  including: France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain and Italy.

International orders are shipped via trusted courier services and are charged at a flat rate of £29.99 at checkout.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
